Tuesday's Food

1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/2 cup brown rice cereal, 4 strawberries, 1/2 banana

chai tea with xylitol & skim milk & 2 apples with 1/2 a square
 of unsweetened chocolate sweetened with xylitol

cheeseburger wrap with tomato, pickles, lettuce, 1 tbsp sugar free ketchup,
1/2 tbsp mayo, mustard, 1/8 cup cheese, 1 hamburger patty
1 cup golden winter soup

1 cup golden winter soup with 1 carrot

wrap with 7 slices of corned beef, red pepper, dijon mustard, 1/3 avocado, lettuce

chai tea with xylitol & skim milk

1/2 banana with 1/4 cup of almonds

1 apple
