Thursday's Food


Rooibos tea with 2% milk



Brown rice puffs (2 cups) with 1 banana & 1 cup 2% milk


banana & apple



Corned beef wrap with artichoke dip, lettuce, red peppers, 1/4 avocado & 1 cup carrot parsnip soup


This was my splurge, a bare burrito bowl from Mucho Burrito. think of it as nachos without the melted cheese.


2 cups of grapes
