Getting ready to hit the road at 5:30 am. eep!
2 bananas, 2 cups of grapes, 1 apple, 1/2 cup of yogurt and 1 cup of brown rice cereal, rooibos tea with 2% milk
Wrap with corned beef, red peppers, 1/4 avocado, feta & yogurt dip, & lettuce
with 1 1/2 cup of carrot parsnip soup
rooibos tea with 2% milk
Corn pasta with meat & veggie sauce with a little cream and parmesan & two carrots.
I had two helpings, about 3 cups in total.
Chai tea with sugar (xylitol) and 2% milk
Chai tea with sugar & 2% milk
1/3 cup of almonds with some spice and two carrots
